Let's Be Superheroes! P.A. Day Camp

 

Let your child bring out their inner Superhero! Our full-day camp is an action-packed day of character development, fun and fitness. 

Throughout the day your child will learn about our specific character development life skills essential for developing the attributes necessary to build resilience and unlock their inner hero. We call these the 4 "BEs". They will participate in various martial arts and fitness-related activities including jiu jitsu, kickboxing, self-defence and anti-bullying strategies. We intersperse games and team building activities throughout. Art is always part of our camps where the kids will learn how to use their imagination to create various masterpieces!

Fees:

9 AM - 4 PM - $45 + HST

Early Drop Off (From 8 AM) - $10

Late Pickup (Until 6 PM) - $10

Both - $15

Attire

If you have a GI, please bring it with you to wear

If you don't have a GI, a t-shirt and shorts or jogging pants work. We have a no shoes policy on the mats. Sock or bare feet are appropriate.

Food

Nut-free snacks are included. Please send your child to camp with a nut-free lunch
